When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will be held at St. Andrew's Hall in Detroit. The address is 431 E Congress St, Detroit, MI 48226.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at promptly at 5:30 pm EST, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to find your seat.

What should I wear to the wedding?

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Men should wear a suit and tie, and women can wear a cocktail dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates. This is usually a hot weekend in Detroit. The venue blows cold air so it'll be nice and cool inside.

Is parking available?

There is limited parking for $10-$20 behind the venue, as well as street parking throughout the neighborhood. For convenient on-street parking in Detroit, download the ParkDetroit app. This app allows you to pay for parking, receive time-running-out alerts, and extend your parking time without visiting a meter.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, so we'll have plenty of A/C.

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will not be provided. There is limited parking behind the venue, as well as street parking throughout the city. You may also grab an Uber or Lyft to the venue, as well.

What food will be served at the wedding?

We are excited to have Detroit 75 Kitchen catering our wedding! Dinner will feature their delicious gourmet sandwiches, smoked meats, and flavorful sides. If you have severe allergies or specific dietary needs, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Will there be an open bar?

We know you all are a thirsty bunch, we got you covered....cheers!

Will there be ASL interpreters at the ceremony and reception?

Yes! We will have ASL interpreters available during the ceremony to ensure accessibility for our Deaf and Hard of Hearing guests. For the reception, interpreters will be available during key moments, such as speeches and toasts. If you need assistance at any other time, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Will you have a band or a DJ?

We'll have a DJ! If you want to play or sing a song to the lovely couple and show off your amazing musical skills, let us know, we have a talented group of people attending the wedding.

Are you registered anywhere?

Not at the moment, but feel free to reach out to Mark & Lauren with any questions about gifts.

Are you doing anything for the out-of-towners?

Stand-by for more info. We'd love to host a gathering for the out-of-towners the day after the wedding, but this is TBD so we see can how many folks confirm attendance.

Who can I contact if I have more questions?

Feel free to reach out to Mark at 773-414-9884 or Lauren at 734-679-2001. Texts are welcome!
